Job summary

Deloitte France seeks an Associate Vice President, Engineering Managed Services within the Cyber Foundry to provide senior leadership across a portfolio of cyber operations and managed services engagements. You will mentor managers, technical leads, and analysts while shaping strategy, governance, and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SOC/MSS or Cyber Operations with 5+ years in leadership across engagements.
• 5+ years of experience with security tech including threat and vulnerability management, SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, proxies, WAF, EDR/XDR, antivirus, firewalls, threat intel, and pen testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of cyber operations engagements including delivery, forecasting, margins, resource planning, SLAs, and governance.
• Serve as senior escalation point to CISOs, CIOs and other execs for incidents and strategic risk decisions.
• Set operational and technical strategy across SOC, incident response, endpoint security, app security, threat intel, and IAM.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers, tech leads, and analysts across geographies; oversee onboarding and reporting.
• Drive Cyber Foundry growth through sales pursuits, RFPs, client solutions, vendor relations, and adoption of security architectures.
