Job summary

Deloitte's Cyber Foundry seeks an Associate Vice President to lead a portfolio of cyber operations and managed services for major clients. You will guide senior teams across security operations, incident response, and threat management, while maintaining client relationships and strategic risk oversight.

The role requires extensive SOC/MSS experience, people leadership, and the ability to manage multiple engagements across geographies, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SOC, MSS, or Cyber Operations with 5+ years in people leadership across engagements.
• 5+ years with security technologies including threat and vulnerability management, SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, proxies, WAF, EDR/XDR, antivirus, and firewall tech.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, information security, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of cyber operations and managed security service engagements, including delivery and governance.
• Serve as senior escalation point to client CISOs, CIOs, and executives for incidents and strategic risk decisions.
• Set operational and technical strategy across SOC domains such as security operations, incident response, and threat management.
• Coach, develop, and oversee managers, technical leads, and analysts across engagements and geographies.
• Drive practice growth through proposals, client presentations, and adoption of cyber architectures.
