Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an Associate Vice President, Engineering Managed Services within the Cyber Foundry to lead diverse cyber operations teams across engagements. You will guide delivery, governance, and strategic direction, partnering with senior client leaders to shape security programs and outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC), Managed Security Services, or Cyber Operations
5+ years of people-leadership experience across engagements
Strong knowledge of security technologies and cyber operations
Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of cyber operations and managed security services engagements, including delivery, forecasting, margin management, and governance
Serve as senior escalation point to client CISOs/ CIOs and executives for security incidents and risk decisions
Set operational and technical strategy across security operations and incident response, identity management, and network security
Coach and develop Managers, technical leads, and analysts across engagements and geographies
Drive practice growth through sales pursuits, RFPs, and client solution presentations
