Job summary

Deloitte's Cyber Foundry AVP role leads senior teams across cyber operations, incident response, and managed services, delivering strategic risk programs for enterprise clients. You will steer multi geography engagements, coach managers and analysts, and partner with CIOs and CISOs to align security with business goals.

The role requires 10+ years in security operations, strong leadership, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC), Managed Security Services, or Cyber Operations.
5+ years of people-leadership experience across engagements.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Ability to travel 50%, on average.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of cyber operations and managed security services engagements with governance.
Serve as senior escalation point to client CISOs/CIOs for incidents and risk decisions.
Set operational and technical strategy across security operations, incident response, IAM, and network security.
Coach and develop managers, technical leads, and analysts across geographies.
Drive practice growth through sales pursuits and client engagements.
