Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information security, mathematics, decision sciences, risk management, or related fields.
• 10+ years in SOC/Managed Security Services or Cyber Operations with 5+ years of people leadership.
• Willingness to travel ~50% depending on client engagements and industry.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of cyber operations and managed security services engagements, including delivery, forecasting, margin management, resource planning, and governance.
• Serve as the senior escalation point to CIOs and other executives for security incidents and strategic risk decisions.
• Set operational and technical strategy across security ops, incident response, and related domains.
• Lead, coach, and develop Managers, technical leads and analysts across engagements and geographies.
• Drive practice growth through sales pursuits, client solutions, and adoption of cybersecurity methodologies and technologies.
