Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an Associate Vice President to lead Cyber Foundry operations across cyber domains, overseeing delivery, governance, and client engagements. You will mentor managers and technical leads, shape strategy, and drive growth across a portfolio of engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) or Cyber Operations.
• 5+ years of people-leadership across engagements.
• Travel up to 50% and ability to work across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of cyber operations and managed security services engagements, including delivery and governance.
• Serve as senior escalation point to client CISOs and other executives for incidents and risk decisions.
• Set operational and technical strategy across security operations, incident response, and IAM.
• Lead, coach, and develop Managers, technical leads, and analysts across engagements and geographies.
• Drive practice growth through sales pursuits and client solutions.
