Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior Business Development Leader to drive growth in defense cyber solutions for USCYBERCOM, 16th Air Force, DISA, and related DAJM accounts. This senior role focuses on shaping mission-driven cyber strategies and building enduring, trusted partner relationships across the services and agencies.

You will guide opportunities, lead cross-functional teams, and craft win themes that align with national security priorities while leveraging SAIC's capabilities and market depth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of key cybersecurity disciplines including Zero Trust, IAM/PAM, SOC/SIEM/SOAR, endpoint security, cloud security, vulnerability management, and cyber threat intelligence.
• Strong understanding of NIST frameworks, RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP, CMMC/NIST 800-171, and DFARS cybersecurity requirements.
• Active relationships within the cyber community at Service, Agency, and Combatant Command levels.
• Experience with USCYBERCOM, 16th Air Force, or Agency (DISA) cyber organizations and their missions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cyber-focused growth strategy for USCYBERCOM, Air Force cyber organizations, Agency-level cyber entities, and the DAJM portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior cyber leadership to position SAIC as a premier partner for mission-aligned cyber solutions.
• Drive identification, qualification, and management of a robust pipeline of cyber-focused opportunities across the DAJM portfolio.
• Lead opportunity identification, competitive assessments, and price-to-win strategies aligned with cyber priorities.
• Oversee proposal strategies and win themes tailored to DAJM portfolio needs.
• Participate in senior-level reviews, strategic planning, and customer engagement efforts.
