BECU is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Manager to strengthen governance, risk management, and control oversight for member security and data protection. The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration across Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Technology to mature GRC programs and drive measurable risk reduction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 7 years of cybersecurity experience or related experience in IT, Compliance, or Audit.
• Expertise leveraging established GRC frameworks (FFIEC, GLBA, PCI/DSS, SOX, NIST CSF) in an enterprise environment.

• Shape Cybersecurity Governance: develop, evolve, and improve GRC programs, processes, standards, guidelines, and supporting disciplines.
• Advance Control Oversight: mature second‑line oversight of cybersecurity controls and remediation ownership.
• Support Regulatory Readiness: assist with cybersecurity regulatory examinations and responses.
• Operationalize Cybersecurity Frameworks: translate frameworks into practical standards and operating practices.
• Build Continuous Control Monitoring: connect requirements with automated monitoring, issues, and dashboards.
• Modernize GRC Through Automation: explore workflow automation and AI-enabled capabilities with Power Platform.
• Strengthen Cybersecurity Maturity: use frameworks to identify improvement opportunities and drive action.
• Drive Risk and Control Remediation: engage owners and elevate concerns where needed.
• Develop Metrics and Reporting: create dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility.
