Job summary

Parsons is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead a major cybersecurity program delivering advanced cyber forensics capabilities in support of a critical Government mission. You will drive program execution, maintain strong customer relationships, and align staffing and performance to exceed expectations in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a technically accomplished team, partner with experts, and mentor staff while shaping long-term program success within Parsons’ Federal Solutions

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Active PMP certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years total experience.
• At least 5 years of program management experience in the last 10 years for similar size/complexity.
• At least 3 years staffing/manpower planning in the last 5 years.
• At least 3 years performance monitoring of contracts in the last 5 years.
• Proven success leading large, complex teams in a mission-driven environment.
• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to align technical teams with strategic priorities and make decisions.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large cybersecurity team delivering the full suite of cyber forensics capabilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Parsons and the Government customer.
• Ensure high-quality program execution, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee staffing, task execution, priorities, schedules, and overall program health.
• Partner with subject matter experts to maximize team effectiveness and mission impact.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and career development support to team members.
• Drive accountability, collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Anticipate customer needs, identify risks early, and implement solutions that keep the program on track.
• Position the team and program for sustained success and growth.
