Qualifications

• 12 years of experience, with supervisory/management exposure.
• TS-SCI clearance eligible.
• Experience in the last ten years leading technical efforts for intelligence analysis in all-source cyber analysis and reporting.
• Experience in the last ten years supervising teams in intelligence analysis and cyber analysis/reporting.
• Experience with scanning tools for suspicious files, queries, indicators pivoting, and malware analysis.
• Experience with OSINT and closed-source intelligence gathering, data fusion, link analysis, threat actor knowledge.
• Experience in malware and network analysis, protocols, persistence mechanisms, and encoding/encryption used by APT actors.

Responsibilities

• Senior Program Manager will serve as project lead, overseeing cyber analysts and producing actionable threat products.
• Assist Government with financial and business processes of the task, excluding inherently governmental functions.
• Manage approximately 40 contractors consisting of cyber analysts.
• Work with team leads to provide functional knowledge of operations for the service area.
• Clarify and resolve process-related activities for the technical team.
• Monitor progress and report against plans through final acceptance and signoff.
• Manage, coordinate, and resolve project issues, decisions, and risks.
• Handle personnel management: interviewing, hiring, training, performance planning, directing work, and rewards.
