Job summary

You will drive execution across agile development, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices, shaping program goals and ensuring cost, schedule, and technical commitments are met.

Ideal candidates bring a TS clearance, 5+ years in project management, and a collaborative, quality-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Located within commuting distance of Herndon, VA.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps pipelines.
• Drive for excellence and quality; team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-functional team delivering cyber operations solutions for a Federal Government customer.
• Provide ongoing team leadership while managing cost, schedule, and technical commitments.
• Assist in shaping program execution goals, mission partners, and CONOP validation.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders through regular meetings and briefings.
• Build trusted relationships and address feedback, concerns, and issues.
• Support events across the project lifecycle including test, deployment, and training.
• Travel as necessary to support events.
