Job summary

Parsons is seeking a seasoned Cyber Product Manager with a strong Offensive Cyber Operations background to guide development and sustainment of mission critical cyber capabilities. You will work with Product Owners, cyber operators, and cross-functional teams to turn complex technical solutions into fielded capabilities supporting national defense missions.

The role requires SAFe/Agile know-how, excellent communication, and stakeholder engagement across government and defense partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field with 10+ years of experience.
Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance required.
Experience with offensive cyber operations and SAFe agile practices.

Responsibilities

Define the product vision and roadmap for cyber mission systems in support of OCO.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technology solutions.
Lead backlog refinement and decompose features into actionable user stories.
Coordinate PI execution with Release Train Engineers and Scrum Masters.
Engage with government and defense stakeholders to align delivery with mission needs.
Participate in TEMs and standard OCO forums to shape requirements.
Develop product concepts, roadmaps, test plans, and specifications with clients.
Collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver multi-platform applications.
Lead engagements with partners and top technologists in the industry.
