You will coordinate with breach coaches, forensic investigators, underwriters and counsel to determine coverage, reserves and liability, while shaping cyber claims strategy and mentoring junior staff. This hybrid role requires travel and onsite collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in claims with at least 5 years in cyber/technical specialty
• Strong knowledge of claims handling concepts, coverage issues, and product lines
• Excellent verbal and written communication; analytical and negotiation skills
• Understanding of insurance regulations across jurisdictions

• Analyze, investigate, and evaluate losses to determine coverage and disposition
• Document claims in CMS and diary future events
• Establish reserves within authority; review adequacy regularly
• Coordinate with counsel, brokers, and clients; manage litigation process
• Supervise and participate in mediations/arbitrations and settlement discussions
• Support proactive case resolution and claims audit processes
• Engage in incident response coordination with breach coaches and forensic teams
