Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree; 10+ years claims experience.
• Advanced cyber claims experience preferred.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of claims handling concepts, practices and techniques, including coverage issues and product line knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Analyzes, investigates, and evaluates the loss to determine coverage and claim disposition.
• Documents claims in CMS and diaries future events or follow-ups.
• Establishes reserves for indemnity and expense within authority; reviews regularly for adequacy.
• Manages litigation process and engages with counsel as needed.
• Coordinates with brokers, risk managers, and reinsurers; participates in mediations/arbitrations.
• Maintains licenses and contributes to audits and thought leadership in cyber claims.
