CFC, a leading global insurer, is seeking an experienced claims professional to support our US Admitted Claims offering in New York. You will proactively manage a cross-section of cyber claims from first notice of loss to settlement, maintaining strong relationships with policyholders and brokers while coordinating with a panel of response vendors.

This role collaborates with underwriting, finance, IT and product teams to ensure timely reserving, cost‑effective responses, and compliant handling

Formación

• Experience handling insurance claims, cyber preferred.
• Experience managing multi‑party claims and external advisers.
• Knowledge of US claims handling regulations and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively handle a cross‑section of cyber claims from first notification of loss to settlement.
• Foster relationships with policyholders, brokers and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure prompt reserving, pursue recoveries and manage claims information and analysis.
