Job summary
NiCE is seeking a senior consultant in Value Realization Services to own customer business cases and drive ROI from AI-powered Quality and Analytics solutions. You will guide CX transformation, engage cross-functional teams, and lead advisory engagements across CCaaS and analytics technologies.
In this hands-on role, you will design value-driven strategies, manage multi-product projects, and build trusted relationships with customers, while maturing our VRS delivery methodology and ensuring
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a consultant in the CX strategy and contact center transformations.
- Proven success delivering measurable business value through CX/QM/Analytics technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of CCaaS, analytics, and AI CX capabilities.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with NICE Interaction Analytics or Nexidia is required.
- Ability to translate data into actionable business value.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the successful delivery of business improvement projects with measurable impact.
- Develop business cases for value of the product portfolio.
- Lead consulting projects to drive process improvement and adoption of NiCE solutions.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships and sponsor engagement.
- Oversee the consulting program aligned with the product implementation program.
- Establish and monitor progress toward business success criteria for each product.
- Provide input into technical project plans and program overlays.
- Act as single point of communication for business case activity and value realization.
- Deliver expert guidance and advisory best practices to customers.
