Job summary

NiCE Ltd. seeks a Director of Value Realization Services to lead a consulting organization driving customer value and ROI from NICE solutions in large enterprise CX programs.

You will oversee a team of business consultants, partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, and translate strategic objectives into repeatable processes that deliver measurable outcomes. This role requires 10+ years in CX consulting, CCaaS, and AI-enabled transformations, with strong executive presence

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading consulting teams delivering CX transformation.
• Proven success in enterprise software/SaaS environments.
• Strong CCaaS and AI CX capabilities.
• MBA or advanced degree desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high-performing VRS consulting organization.
• Ensure high-quality delivery with measurable value.
• Translate strategy into repeatable processes and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Present to executives and participate in client forums.
