NiCE Ltd. is seeking a highly technical pre-sales professional to design, build, and demonstrate AI-driven customer engagement solutions.

You’ll operate at the intersection of AI, digital engagement, and contact center transformation using NiCE’s Agentic AI-first CX platform to deliver measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include leading discovery, delivering tailored demos, handling RFIs/RFPs, and crafting value-driven proof-of-value implementations while staying ahead of AI and cloud trends

Qualifications

7+ years in a solutions engineering, pre-sales, or sales architecture role.
7+ years of consulting or customer engagement experience.
5+ years of CCaaS experience with deep familiarity of the CCaaS landscape.
Proven track record delivering best-in-class solutions with strong work examples.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and solutioning with discovery calls and deep dives.
Deliver customized, high-impact demos and presentations.
Respond to RFIs and RFPs with differentiated responses.
Design, build, and execute proof-of-value implementations.
Stay sharp on market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging technologies.
Upskill others as a go-to subject matter expert for Agentic solutions.
