Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. seeks a Senior CX Training Professional in Houston, TX to prepare for standard training, set up and configure required hardware and software, and deliver training courses in line with Honeywell HPS and Academy Quality procedures.

The role requires updating training equipment with latest releases, serving as SME in multiple areas, and designing tailored courses. You will support training logistics, assist sales, and mentor instructors while promoting new course

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electromechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• Experience must include five years involving MS SQL Server, Windows Server, Networking, Process Control Systems Design/Administration/Maintenance/Troubleshooting, and Backup/Restore.
• Experience must include three years involving IT Domains/Workgroups, Virtualization, and HMI design/Implementation/Administration/Maintenance/Troubleshooting (VBScript or JScript).

Responsibilities

• Prepare for standard training and set up/configure training hardware and software.
• Deliver training courses compliant with Honeywell HPS and Honeywell Academy Quality procedures.
• Design and tailor courses to customer needs using standard materials.
• Collect and act on student feedback and propose course improvements.
• Support training logistics and remote/virtual delivery; coordinate with sales and marketing; mentor instructors.
