Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions sales partner to identify the right technologies for transforming enterprise communications, enabling hybrid workforces, and elevating customer experience with AI-driven interactions.

You will build senior-level relationships, map gaps in workflows, and design tailored UCaaS/CCaaS solutions while leading the full sales cycle from discovery to close. Travel to enterprise clients will be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Experience selling or consulting on complex IT or communication solutions.
Willingness to travel to meet with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

Forging strong customer relationships with senior leaders and key influencers within large global accounts.
Evaluating and identifying gaps in customer communication workflows and agent performance.
Proposing tailored solutions such as CCaaS (Genesys, Webex), UCaaS, and AI-driven automation to address specific business challenges.
Handling all aspects of the sales cycle from initial discovery and solution architecture to closing and ensuring high satisfaction.
Partnering with internal resources and account teams to orchestrate complex, large-scale deals.
