Zusammenfassung

CSG is seeking a strategic Sales Director to drive growth of the Customer Experience (CX) portfolio across high-value Strategic Accounts in the United States. You will advise senior stakeholders, shape account strategies, and position AI-enabled CX capabilities to deliver measurable business value.

You will own and grow a portfolio of strategic CX accounts, drive new revenue, and lead end-to-end CX sales from discovery to signature.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of formal field sales experience within target markets (Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Cable/Telecommunications).
• Strong client relationship management with senior-level partnerships and a track record of delivering value in CX initiatives.
• Experience selling CX solutions such as contact center, messaging, or journey orchestration and AI-enabled CX capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic CX accounts and expand adoption of CX solutions.
• Drive new CX revenue within existing accounts and qualify opportunities through to closure.
• Lead end-to-end CX sales process with discovery, value conversations, proposals, and negotiations.
• Orchestrate cross-functional pursuit teams and coordinate internal SMEs, solution consultants, and partners.
• Develop territory and prospecting strategies to win new logos across healthcare, retail, and financial services.
