Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Data Analyst to support Merchant Payment Services by combining advanced analytics with a strong customer-experience mindset. You will analyze VoC, operational and behavioral data to identify trends, drivers and improvement opportunities across the MPS journey.

The role partners with CX, Product, Operations, Technology and business stakeholders to design analyses and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5–7 years of statistical or data analytics experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; Power BI and Excel helpful.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, integrate and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Apply statistical methods to identify trends and drivers.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments with interpretation.
• Develop dashboards and recurring reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CX, Product, Operations and Tech teams to action insights.
