Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with VoC platforms is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, integrate, validate and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Apply statistical methods to answer business questions and identify trends.
• Design and evaluate experiments including hypothesis development and interpretation.
• Develop dashboards and recurring reporting to make insights actionable.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leaders.
