T-Mobile is seeking a Senior Business Analysis Manager within CX Strategic Insights & Decision Analytics in Overland Park, KS. You will lead analysis on high-stakes questions and partner with Care, Product, Marketing, Finance and Network to deliver data-driven recommendations.

The role emphasizes turning complex findings into executive-ready narratives and driving actionable business impact through advanced analytics, A/B testing, and scalable dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of related work experience, OR Advanced degree plus 5 years of related experience
• 7-10 years of analytics experience solving ambiguous, high-stakes business problems using quantitative approaches
• Advanced SQL - querying and analyzing complex, large-scale datasets
• Data visualization / BI tool proficiency (Tableau, Power BI)
• Advanced analytics, including experimentation design/A/B testing, competitive analysis, and quantitative research
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex analytical findings for senior/executive audiences and drive alignment on recommendations
• Data storytelling - translating quantitative findings into clear, decision-ready narratives
• Stakeholder management - partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (Care, Product, Marketing, Finance, Network) as a trusted advisor

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analysis on Care's most complex, ambiguous business questions - from framing the problem through delivering a recommendation
• Apply advanced analytical, statistical, and experimentation techniques to identify what drives outcomes, size opportunities, and prioritize resources
• Build scalable data and reporting solutions, including dashboards and self-service tools, supporting enterprise objectives
• Create and deliver executive-level presentations that turn complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams as a trusted advisor, driving alignment and action on key recommendations
• Other duties and projects as assigned by business management
