Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced data insights leader to deliver advanced analytics that inform strategic and operational decisions.

You will develop analyses, reporting, and recommendations using statistics, data science, and BI tools, and you will lead cross-functional collaborations to tackle complex modeling requests. You will present executive-level findings, support leaders with data-driven initiatives, and help optimize customer and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Data analysis, data science, decision science, similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience (Required)
• 7-10 years Analytics experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches Reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.): Advanced analytics, which includes SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research (Required)
• Telecommunications (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide insights and recommendations that optimize experiences by collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization
• Develop and maintain data and reporting solutions including reports, dashboards, and self-service tools to support enterprise objectives
• Apply analytical and modeling techniques to enhance decision-making and prioritize resources across various business options
• Create and deliver executive-level presentations that clearly communicate complex analytical findings to influence leadership decisions
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
