Job summary

Social Discovery Group is a fully remote organization building social entertainment platforms that connect people across cultures, aiming to solve loneliness and disconnection. A metrics-focused data professional will own the metrics tree, validate dashboards, and maintain a single source of truth for performance data.

You will research metric fluctuations and bottlenecks, discover growth opportunities, and run end-to-end A/B tests from design to reporting to ensure data quality and actionable

Qualifications

Mathematical or technical higher education with strong knowledge of statistics and probability theory.
Proficiency in MS SQL, Python, and Excel for data extraction, processing, and analysis.
Deep experience in A/B testing and marketing metrics.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the metrics tree, validate dashboards, and maintain a single source of truth for metrics.
Research metric fluctuations, identify bottlenecks, and discover non-obvious growth opportunities.
Run A/B tests from design to reporting, ensuring data quality and actionable outcomes.
