Job summary

Styletyx, a global fashion tech company, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive data-focused product development and answer product questions using a wide range of tools and techniques.

You will formulate questions, perform analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product metrics and user experience. Remote work offered with a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data-related work.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and probability.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or any other programming language and DB.
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or similar tools.
• Experience with A/B testing.
• Nice to have familiarity with data structures and algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Select and calculate product metrics and business metrics for projects/features.
• Investigate reasons for deviations in key metrics and identify growth directions.
• Maintain analytics system documentation in the knowledge base.
• Conduct and interpret results from A/B testing.
• Provide recommendations to improve the product and user interaction.
• Collaborate with all Data Department teams to optimize data flows and ensure data quality.

About The Role

Drive data focused product development across the company by creating, managing and researching new ways to use data. You will formulate product questions and answer them using a wide range of tools and techniques.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data-related work
• Strong knowledge of statistics and probability is a must
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or any other programming language and DB
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or similar tools
• Experience with A/B testing

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data structures and algorithms would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Selection and calculation of product metrics and business metrics when implementing projects/product features
• Search for reasons for strong deviations of key metrics, as well as points of growth and product development directions; assessment of potential profit from projects or product features
• Maintaining documentation of the analytics system in the company's knowledge base as part of its product
• Conducting A / B testing - participation in the development of conditions for conducting and interpreting the results
• Making recommendations for improving the product and finding optimal solutions to improve the convenience of interaction between the user and the product
• Conducting ad-hoc analytics to support product decision makingInteract with all teams of the Data Department, to optimize data flows, control the quality and integrity of product data, create data marts for the product
