Job summary

Social Discovery Group is a fully remote organization building social entertainment platforms that connect people across cultures, aiming to solve loneliness and disconnection. A metrics-focused data professional will own the metrics tree, validate dashboards, and maintain a single source of truth for performance data.

You will research metric fluctuations and bottlenecks, discover growth opportunities, and run end-to-end A/B tests from design to reporting to ensure data quality and actionable

Qualifications

• Mathematical or technical higher education with strong knowledge of statistics and probability theory.
• Proficiency in MS SQL, Python, and Excel for data extraction, processing, and analysis.
• Deep experience in A/B testing and marketing metrics.
