Job summary

engine is seeking a senior analytics partner to turn transaction, booking, rewards, activation, and retention data into dependable metrics and dashboards. You will perform hands-on SQL on Snowflake, own data quality, support experiments, and clearly communicate findings to product, finance, and leadership teams.

You will build dashboards covering key product metrics, establish recurring reports, and document data definitions. Strong SQL, dashboarding, and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant data analytics experience.
• Strong SQL skills with large datasets and Snowflake experience.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks (Looker/Tableau/HEX).
• Attention to data accuracy, documentation, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards covering activation, spend volume, booking value, rewards usage, category mix, and cardholder retention.
• Establish recurring reporting for core product metrics and provide stakeholders with accurate, timely visibility into performance.
• Investigate metric changes, document findings, and communicate implications clearly.
• Write complex SQL against Snowflake data across multiple datasets.
• Create reusable data models and reporting assets with clear definitions and known limitations.
• Support A/B tests by defining analytical frameworks and presenting conclusions.
