Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior CS Compensation Analyst to administer and optimize incentive compensation for the Customer Experience organization. The role focuses on plan design, data integrity, and solving complex payout scenarios in a cross-functional GTM context.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of compensation or revenue operations experience, strong SQL, Salesforce, and BI tool skills, plus excellent communication for stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in compensation, revenue operations or finance.
• SQL experience is required; ability to query multiple data sources.
• Experience with Salesforce and compensation management tools.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau/Looker) and ETL tools is preferred.
• Strong modeling and Excel/Google Sheets skills; clear written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer monthly/quarterly incentive compensation calculations for the CX organization and ensure timely payouts.
• Apply crediting logic and plan rules, flagging exceptions for review.
• Maintain plan documentation, quota/target records, and payee assignments for CX.
• Build dashboards/reports in Tableau/Looker; write SQL to pull/validate data.
• Support cross-functional process improvements and planning cycles.
