Job summary

Klaviyo in Boston is seeking a Senior CS Compensation Analyst to own incentive compensation for the Customer Experience org. This mid-level role focuses on plan design, data logic, and modeling expenses while partnering with Sales, Finance and Operations to deliver accurate payouts.

You will build dashboards in Tableau/Looker, write SQL queries, and support cross-functional processes and audits. The role requires strong communication to explain compensation outcomes to leaders and plan

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in compensation, finance, or revenue operations.
Strong SQL querying and data validation across sources.
Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM and compensation management tools.
Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau or Looker) and ETL tools (Python, Alteryx, etc.).
Strong modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to explain compensation logic clearly.

Responsibilities

Administer monthly/quarterly incentive compensation calculations for the CX organization, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payouts.
Apply crediting logic and plan rules consistently, flagging exceptions for review.
Maintain compensation plan documentation, quota/target records, and payee assignments for CX.
Partner with CX leaders to answer plan questions and explain payout calculations.
