Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience in marketing communications.
• Experience in executing marketing communications including Email, SMS, and/or Direct Mail campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing templates and overall transactional lifecycle strategy for business customers.
• Collaborate with CRM and product teams to drive journey improvements and CX priorities.
• Own omnichannel communication experience and governance for non-marketing communications.
