Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end life cycle activities including discovery and requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to derive insights from data.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and build new metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develops product strategy and vision delivering customer value.
• Manage discovery, market research, and integrate solutions into roadmaps.
• Own backlog aligning with strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Track key success metrics: cost, features, reliability, and risk posture.
• Define CX metrics and assess messaging effectiveness across channels.
• Build governance for qualitative CX assessments across omni-channel experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes and partner with PMs.
• Establish relationships with business partners to drive change.
• Lead with strong organizational skills across multiple priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for timely collaboration.
