Crunchyroll is seeking a Senior CX Analytics Manager to lead advanced analytics within our global Customer Experience team in Dallas, TX. You will partner with CX, Product, Marketing, and Finance to build predictive models, dashboards, and KPI frameworks that improve customer satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in analytics, 3+ years leading analytics teams, strong SQL, BI tools, and a track record translating data into executive insights.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of analytics, BI, data science or related fields.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Advanced SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and BI tools.
• BA or advanced degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the CX analytics roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Create scalable frameworks to measure CX performance across channels and journeys.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Lead customer segmentation, journey analytics, and predictive modeling initiatives.
