Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in CVI or CVD engineering, or 7+ years with advanced degree.
• 5+ years of leadership or managerial experience; ability to work with all levels of management and customers.
• US Citizenship is required for access to program/contract information.

Responsibilities

• Lead CVI process engineering, develop SOPs, work instructions, quality requirements, raw material specs, and process-to-property relationships.
• Develop CVI and CVD processes to produce ceramic matrix composites while ensuring safety, quality, cost, and delivery compliance.
• Develop, implement, validate, and improve manufacturing processes and digital systems to meet safety, quality, and lead-time requirements.
• Support data collection and analysis from CVI to enable robust process development and a digital thread for CMCs.
