Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years’ relevant experience in Defense/Aerospace or related industries, OR Advanced Degree with 3+ years.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and related tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide design support across the full design cycle from preliminary to operation.
• Review layouts and drawings for clarity, completeness, and adherence to standards.
• Develop data, layouts, sketches, and notes to present design proposals.
• Lead cross-functional engineering projects, managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare and present technical updates to CIPT and Pratt & Whitney leadership.
• Lead engineering change execution and risk mitigation across the project lifecycle.
• Assist in manufacturing process development at suppliers to ensure manufacturability.
