Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 3 years CNC machining/programming experience with production processes and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, support and execute APQP requirements.
• Define and control production processes including tooling and equipment; validate design and shop floor applications.
• Lead improvements from concept to completion and sustainment; drive cycle time reductions.
• Collaborate with design engineering, operations, and quality to improve manufacturability and resolve issues.
• Limited remote working conditions and limited travel for equipment runs and supplier visits.
