Qualifications

• Proven track record to work on Enterprise Data Center products quality management and system operational excellence.
• Over 12 years of demonstrated expertise in Customer Program Management at executive levels.
• Strong leadership when managing high-profile Customer Escalations across multiple teams.
• Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) following industry standards.
• Technical knowledge of Data Center infrastructure and HW/SW integration.
• Coordinate Data Center quality improvement projects with OEMs/ODMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate NVIDIA Data Center Quality and Sustaining activities for OEMs/ODMs.
• Develop and implement a joint QA and Sustaining strategy across NVIDIA and partners.
• Establish and enforce quality standards for large datacenter deployments.
• Lead reviews on production quality issues and prepare reports with corrective actions.
• Identify improvement areas with data analysis and metrics to drive progress.
• Collaborate with NVIDIA and partners to ensure high-quality standards.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and present findings to senior management.
• Identify mitigation strategies to minimize customer impact.
