Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a Senior Customer Technical Program Manager for AI Datacenter initiatives. You will lead technical programs with cloud providers, hyperscalers, and OEM/ODM partners, driving alignment across engineering, operations, and customer success to scale AI infrastructure.

You will manage end-to-end programs from concept through production, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer acceptance while fostering strong executive relationships and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience in IT or engineering environments.
• Strong technical background in hardware and/or software engineering with hyperscaler exposure.
• Proven track record leading global programs from concept to deployment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Define program schedules, deliverables, and milestones aligned with customer requirements.
• Translate customer needs into actionable plans across engineering, quality, logistics, and sales.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate globally to resolve issues quickly.
• Represent NVIDIA to customers during kick-offs, design reviews, and status updates.
• Drive program execution from design through production deployment and acceptance.
• Provide post-deployment support and manage priority case resolutions.
• Monitor schedules, yields, and blockers with ODMs and contract manufacturers.
