Job summary

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and program management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Track quality metrics and report to quality engineering and management.
• Lead crisis response and provide direction to engineering teams.
• Craft customer presentations on root cause, risk, actions, and recovery.
• Write and review 8D reports for customers.
• Serve as an issue manager coordinating across teams for timely resolution.
• Drive internal PQM improvements and AI integration.
