Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Field Application Engineer-OEM to lead sustaining engineering for data center OEMs. You will diagnose complex server issues at system and board levels, manage failure data, and collaborate with OEMs and NVIDIA teams to implement corrective actions.

You will travel as needed and operate from the Round Rock area, contributing to high-visibility hardware wins and ongoing platform improvements. Strong debugging and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, CS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Field Application Engineering, sustaining engineering, failure analysis, or related.
• Hands-on debugging of server/computing platforms at system and board levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for sustaining engineering for NVIDIA data center OEM customers.
• Perform system- and board-level failure analysis to isolate hardware, firmware, software, and cooling issues.
• Facilitate the complete RMA process, including data collection and corrective actions.
• Reproduce field failures in lab environments and drive product-quality improvements.
• Collaborate with OEMs, ODMs, and NVIDIA teams to resolve critical issues.
