Job summary

BI WORLDWIDE is seeking a Senior Customer Technology Manager to lead technology delivery for strategic customer accounts. You will partner with cross-functional teams across Client Services, Operations, Products, Engineering, QA, and Security to drive successful SaaS deployments and ongoing service excellence.

You will define technology roadmaps, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure security and compliance across initiatives, while delivering clear executive updates and pursuing

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading customer-facing technology or SaaS delivery.
• Strong knowledge of web applications, databases, integrations, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technology contact and trusted advisor for assigned customer accounts.
• Lead cross-functional teams through solution design, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Define technology strategy, priorities, timelines, and roadmaps with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and resource coordination.
• Oversee production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Gather requirements and document business and technical needs for solutions.
• Ensure adherence to security, privacy, compliance, and data governance standards.
• Provide director-level status reporting and escalation management.
• Identify opportunities for automation, operational efficiencies, and platform improvements.
• Present recommendations and business impacts to customers and leadership.
