Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with five to seven years of related experience.
• Experience with ERP system administration and business process analysis required.
• AMR and CMMS platforms and reporting tools like Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Authority business systems including ERP, HR, AMR, and CMMS.
• Manage system configurations, user accounts, permissions, and security roles.
• Collaborate with end users to analyze business processes and gather requirements.
• Provide training and ongoing support on system functionality and reports.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Develop documentation, test plans, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Perform data quality assessments and data cleansing procedures.
• Maintain relationships with vendors for information systems.
• Lead projects relating to planning, operation, and maintenance of information systems.
• Other related duties as assigned.
