Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact between the customer, sales and production.
• Lead order entry for new and repeat envelope orders in ERP.
• Monitor production schedule to ensure timely delivery.
• Track orders through delivery and billing.
• Provide reorder recommendations to customers.
• Support customer quality and service issue resolution.
