Job summary

Tension Envelope & Print is seeking a Senior Customer Support Representative in Des Moines. You will serve as the day-to-day contact for select customers, coordinating with the sales team, production, and ERP systems to ensure orders flow from ordering through shipping and billing.

Independent work with guidance from sales is expected, and you will leverage your print production knowledge to manage schedules, communicate updates, and resolve customer issues.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are required.
• Experience in project management and coordinating with cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact with the customer and act as liaison between customer, sales and production.
• Lead new and repeat envelope order entry; gather data and enter orders into ERP.
• Review specifications and communicate production requirements with key parties.
