• Manage service scope, deliverables, and reporting per contract obligations.
• Oversee third‑party vendors and subcontractors to meet agreed outcomes.
• Coordinate contract changes, renewals, and CSP updates with the customer.
• Assist with payments, billing, and up-sell/cross-sell activities.
• Forecast revenue and margins for maintenance, work tickets, and installs.
