• Willingness to own end-to-end sales marketing conversations.
• Proven ability to steer conversations toward a decision.
• Comfort with outbound calling in a temporary setting.
• Ability to mentor junior reps on outreach cadence and objections.

Responsibilities

• Chase the sales marketing whitespace no rep in MN has worked.
• Sit in on demos and tighten the script after every loss.
• Collaborate with product teams to position new offerings in the St. Cloud region.
• Build leadership checks for Networking report before MN review.
• Mentor junior reps on outreach cadence and objection handling.
• Pitch, listen, adjust, and pitch again until the deal lands.
• Analyze campaign metrics and optimize spend against revenue targets.
• Promote HealthCare Partners' offerings to buyers unfamiliar with us.
