Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Senior Contributor for the Scaled Solutions team in Los Angeles to manage strategic customer success programs for small and mid-sized advertisers.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, Marketing, Data Analytics, and Support to drive retention and revenue growth. You will own escalation governance, leverage market insights, and coach Scaled Solutions Specialists to deliver scalable advertiser experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years in consulting, digital media, customer success, or program management.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and scale customer success programs for small and mid-sized advertisers.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, Marketing, Data Analytics, and more.
• Improve efficiency and service quality through scalable process improvements.
• Own escalation strategy and governance for advertiser issues.
• Use insights to shape strategy and identify opportunities.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Scaled Solutions Specialists.
