POS Professional Office Services, Inc. in Waterloo, Iowa is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to bring our Print Storefront live for customers. You will lead discovery calls and coordinate with Sales, Production and Customer Service to ensure a smooth rollout.

Responsibilities include managing timelines, coordinating installations, training clients on storefront usage, and documenting steps. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and strong organizational, communication, and CRM skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; account management, customer service and/or sales experience is a bonus.
• High attention to detail, ability to prioritize and strong organizational skills.
• Must be deadline-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; client-centric with strong customer service.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Managing the implementation process from time of closed sale to live service.
• Collaborating with Design, Customer Service, Sales and Production teams.
• Managing implementation pipeline and meeting deadlines.
• Coordinating larger customer installs and leading client kickoff calls.
• Setting action items, timelines and best practices for storefront utilization.
• Understanding design file requirements, products, stocks and print production.
• Documenting implementation steps, client communications and training of live storefront.
• Communicating responsibilities with all stakeholders and liaising with internal support.
