NVIDIA Corporation seeks a Senior Customer Success Operations Manager to scale our CS model through scalable digital solutions that boost platform adoption and value realization.

This hands-on role leads Digital Customer Success efforts, translating strategy into production-ready workflows and assets while partnering with Engineering, Product, IT, Sales Ops, and external partners to deliver scalable journeys that drive adoption and business impact.

Qualificações

• BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Success Operations, Solutions Consulting, Product Operations, or similar roles.
• Understanding of enterprise platforms, data architectures, and scalable digital solutions.
• Hands-on experience designing scalable post-sales workflows and automation.
• Experience with AI, CRM integrations, APIs, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop deep understanding of adoption processes, systems, workflows, and data structures to scale post-sales journeys.
• Partner to translate adoption strategies into scalable digital solutions and technical requirements.
• Determine how systems and data can automate digital customer journeys.
• Design and deploy CS workflows and digital capabilities across enterprise systems.
• Build assets like videos, prototypes, lightweight automations, and self-service resources.
• Evaluate digital solutions using AI agents and automation to improve onboarding and engagement.
